How to Effectively Use Frost Aid 

Step 1: Locate the Source of Discomfort
  • Identify the exact area where you feel discomfort or stiffness. Common areas include the wrist, base of the thumb, and forearm. 
  • To properly locate the source, please gently press different areas of your hands until you find the area of discomfort. Sometimes, it can be more than one spot. 

Step 2: Apply the Right Amount of Cream
  • Apply a generous amount of Frost Aid cream directly to the area. 
  • The more cream you apply, the better the comfort. 
  • Gently massage the cream into the skin using circular motions until it is fully absorbed. 

    VERY IMPORTANT: If you have sensitive skin, we recommend starting with a small amount of cream and gradually increasing the amount after waiting 5 minutes so you can be certain your skin won’t have any irritations.
